We absolutely LOVE Mallorca<\/strong>. And we absolutely LOVE Playa de Muro. We are really thankful for our location, as we can see the Mediterranean sea and its amazing colors every day. Being a seafront beach restaurant is truly something to be grateful about.<\/p>\n

But, as usual, we\u2019re not only here to tell you all about the wonders of Ponderosa Beach<\/strong> and everything we do here. We\u2019ll leave that for another post. Today we wanted to give you a nice idea to enjoy a full day in Mallorca\u2019s North. Here we go!<\/p>\n

Plan for a day in Mallorca\u2019s North<\/h1>\n

Are you thinking about something to do while staying in the North of Mallorca?<\/strong> We\u2019ve been telling you a lot about places to discover in the area. We\u2019ve introduced you to Pollensa<\/a>, Alcudia\u2019s Port<\/a> and Playa de Muro<\/a> so far, in addition to showing you our top three beaches in Mallorca\u2019s North<\/a> and hidden coves<\/a> in the area too!<\/p>\n

Today we\u2019ve got a little recommendation for a full day in the norther area of the island.<\/h2>\n

Start your day at Pollensa\u2019s port,<\/strong> a popular family resort that used to be a fishing village. It features a large marina where you\u2019ll see mostly leisure boats and some traditional \u2018lla\u00fcts\u2019 too. This magical port offers lovely sea views and a mountain backdrop<\/strong>, adding the extra charm to your walk on its promenade.<\/p>\n

\"Ponderosa<\/p>\n

Next stop for your day in Mallorca\u2019s North will be Alcudia. The medieval town of Alc\u00fadia<\/strong> is located on a peninsula that separates the bays of Pollen\u00e7a and Alc\u00fadia, it boasts a beautiful medieval centre as well as an authentic local atmosphere which draws in tourists all year round. In this charming town you will see a perfectly restored walled city on the site of a Roman settlement with remains of ancient houses and a theatre.<\/p>\n

For lunch, of course, you\u2019ll stop at Ponderosa Beach. Right at Playa de Muro<\/strong>, our beach restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist. We\u2019re all about taking you on a fun gastronomic trip. Have a cocktail after lunch to enjoy the views and let us share the good times!<\/p>\n

For your afternoon plan you\u2019ll go for a dip at Cala Torta,<\/strong> an idyllic hidden cove in the north east. With a tricky access, you\u2019ll enjoy a perfectly clear turquoise water and silky soft sand. 100% Mediterranean!<\/p>\n
